You already know how important the Affordable Care Act is for people with disabilities in the US. Over the last year and a half, we’ve contacted you about multiple attacks on the ACA as Congress tried again and again to strip affordable health care from millions of Americans and end protections for people with pre-existing conditions. Every time, you fought back, using all the force of your advocacy to blast Congress with the message that we will not go back to being denied health care — and every time, you won. All those victories are at risk if Judge Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed to the Supreme Court. Once again, it’s time to act: call your Senators today and tell them to vote NO on Kavanaugh’s nomination.
Kavanaugh is gunning for the ACA, and Congress is rushing to confirm his nomination. With so much at stake, every Senator’s vote is vital. No matter what state you live in, your Senators need to hear from you. Let them know the Affordable Care Act is just as important to our community as it was last year, and we’re just as committed to holding them accountable.

Call them now, and tell them to vote NO on Kavanaugh’s nomination.
